STEP INSIDE THE HENHOUSE
See where the girls eat, drink and lay their eggs on a daily basis.
Our hens usually leave the henhouse between 8am and 9am, then head back to bed at dusk, depending on the season.
On average, our girls lay an egg every 26 hours.
Over 500 million eggs are laid for the happy egg co. every year!
Our new feed recipe contains marigold and paprika. And the girls love it!
Look at the code on your egg: '1' means free range, 'UK' is the country of origin, and the five-digit number tells you which farm it's from.
Eggs laid by younger hens will often have two yolks - some people consider them to be lucky!
