We have teamed up with Health enthusiast Jodie Miller, who has shared her favourite healthy recipe using Egg Whites. This Egg White Omelette is quick to make and great for you!
A handful of spinach
150g Egg Whites
Low fat cheddar
1. Sautee off some mushrooms & courgette.
2. Once cooked, add in a few handfuls of spinach.
3. Poured 150g of egg whites on top.
4. Top with mozzarella, low fat cheddar & cracked black pepper.
5. Pop in the oven for about 10 minutes
