Banana, cocoa and almond milk egg white smoothie

An all-natural spin on the protein smoothie, this delicious drink is simple, healthy and full of flavour. For a nut-free version just swap the almond milk for rice milk and use an extra banana instead of the almond butter.


160g egg whites

4 medium bananas (approx. 240g)

4 tbsp almond butter

520ml unsweetened almond milk

4 tbsp organic cocoa powder


Just pop all the ingredients in to a food processor and give them a good blend for 2-4 minutes.

Once everything is smooth, you’re ready to serve.

Serving tip:

Pour in to a tall glass with a little sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.
