1. This promotion is only open to United Kingdom residents, excluding employees of Noble Foods, their subsidiaries, their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Those aged under 18 may participate but must ask their parent/guardian to enter on their behalf.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. A valid Facebook account and internet access are required to enter into this promotion.
5. The promotion starts at 09.00am on 20th February 2012 and closes at 11.59pm on 24th February 2012. Entries received after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
6. To enter:  Visit www.facebook.com/thehappyeggco and complete your contact details and submit your answer to the question using the button on the promotional tab. You may only enter once per day per person.
7. The Prizes: Each day during the promotional period there will be one prize of a set of 4 Happy Hens dinner plates.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered for the prize. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated or decides to use a part of the offered prize. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prize.
9. The Promoter may refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
10. Winner Selection: One winner per day will be selected in a random draw from all correct entries received the previous day. For your total confidence the draw will be conducted under independent supervision and the winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 working days of the promotion closing date. Those not contactable via reasonable means within 14 working days of initial notification will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be awarded the prize.
11. Data Protection: Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion. The Promoter may contact you from time to time with relevant information via email. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
12. The name of winners may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoters, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoters at the time of accepting the prize.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries must be submitted by the entrant; third party entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not a proof of receipt. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, photocopied or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prize is no longer available.
17. Winner’s names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to ‘perfect pancakes promotion’, 6-8 Chapel Street, Marlow, SL7 1DD between 1st March 2012 and 15th April 2012.
18. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. All trademarks are acknowledged. By entering into this promotion, you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook and this information will only be used for the administration of the promotion. All entrants agree to release Facebook from any liability arising from this promotion.
21. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
